Bre is a personal health companion app designed to help breast cancer patients organize their diagnosis information, track medications, log symptoms, manage appointments, and document their journey. Bre is created and operated by Devin Reed.
Bre is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The content, features, insights, and pattern observations within Bre are for personal organizational and informational purposes only. Nothing in Bre constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
Always seek the advice of your physician, oncologist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding your medical condition, treatment, or medications. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in Bre.
In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately at hello@breapp.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Bre is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for all information you enter into Bre. You agree not to use Bre for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm yourself or others.
Your use of Bre is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Bre and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Devin Reed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Bre without written permission.
Bre is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devin Reed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bre. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding any claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@breapp.org. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
